Taylor was without a doubt 'the name' of 2009. We had Taylor Swift winning "Video of the Year" (lo siento Kanye West) and "Performer of the Year" (even sorrier, Winona Judd), Taylor Lautner packing on the muscle to become our guiltiest-pleasure of illegal eye-candy, oh.. .and of course Taylor Momsen continuing to do her thang as Little Jenny Humphrey 'Little J' on the mega-hit Gossip Girl (which, I love, obviously).

We all remember little Jenny as Cindy Lou Who in "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" opposite Jim Carrey back in 2000, but there is no doubt that Miss. Momsen has grown up!
